Return Policy

At Flaire London, we take pride in delivering timeless pieces and outstanding service.
However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Applicability

This policy applies to all purchases made through Flaire London, including Klarna transactions.
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Fees

If a return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind or wrong size),
the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
The fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. damaged or incorrect item),
Flaire London will cover the full return shipping cost

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item.
Without a valid tracking number, we cannot locate or process your return.

To avoid delays, please make sure the parcel is securely packed.
We cannot accept or refund items that arrive damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@flaire-london.co.uk and include:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.
After that, processing begins automatically and cancellation may not be possible.

If you contact us within the 2-hour window, we can cancel and refund your order in full.
If your order has already shipped, it will need to be returned after delivery.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Tracking details will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.

Received the Wrong Item?

We take care when preparing every order, but mistakes can happen.
If you receive the wrong item, you can either:

  • Keep it for a partial refund, or

  • Return it for the correct item or a full refund (we will cover shipping).

Please contact us at support@flaire-london.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item received.
